Warming Up

Hot and humid. That's the overwhelming    summary of Singapore right now. Fortunately we've missed the thunderstorms that were forecast and have been blessed with some great weather. We've just had a swim in the pool and are sitting on the bus, heading back to Changi Airport. The fun is about to begin. But first, here's what we got up to yesterday: Monday 4 December 10.30am - Everyone arrived at Auckland Airport on time, and it was straight to the check-in counter. Double points to the Illings who were there half an hour early - we love the enthusiasm! Triple points to the staff (because I can) who were all there early - a marked contrast to the efforts of previous tour leaders who shall remain nameless. 11.15am - Check-in completed after a minor hiccup with a few bags initially being sent straight through to Kolkata. (Who knows where they would've ended up after that?!) Fortunately those bags were recalled and, thanks to the great work of...

Safe and Sound

Just a quick note to let you all know that your little angels are tucked up in bed, after a lengthy walk around Singapore's Marina Bay Sands area. A serious effort from the boys today. We will provide a more in depth account of what we've been up to tomorrow.  Happy Tuesday  Reuben
